About Us

My name is Chris Gleeson, I am the Owner/Operator of ATLAS Property Management, and I am a student currently studying Business Management at Fanshawe College here in the beautiful Forest City. Many of you might ask, why is a business student owning/operating a landscaping company? Well, experience and a passion for landscaping, mixed with a business and service background, I’ve decided to go all in as apart of Fanshawe’s Entrepreneurial Cooperative Education Program.

A number of factors went into me choosing to want to run a Property Management business before I put the plan into motion. With my first job ever being in a restaurant cleaning tables, assisting co-workers and customers, I have developed a love for the service industry. When working in service, everyday varies from the tasks you complete, to the people to you meet, you never know what could happen. Since then, I have worked may service jobs my favorite being landscape. When I was presented with the idea of an entrepreneurial co-op, I knew this would be the right decision for me. I already have the skills, knowledge, and the tools, but most importantly, I am passionate in this service sector, and strive to deliver the best for every client on every job.
